1.1. All my products contain my logo and signature, which must not be removed.

1.2. Prices are not fixed and may vary based on your specific requirements.

1.3. The price will never change after providing the initial quotation.

1.4. I reserve the right to refuse any commission without providing a reason.

1.5. All my products are digital.

2.1. Payments are accepted in CZK, EUR, or USD via bank transfer.

2.2. Payments for commissions up to 108$ are accepted only in advance.

2.3. Payments for commissions over 108$ can be made either in full in advance or split into two equal payments: the first payment of 50% of the final amount is made in advance, and the second payment of 50% is made after the sketch is approved.

3.1. After receiving your commission request, I will contact you to inform you whether I accept the commission. 3.2. If I accept the commission:

• We will discuss references and concepts.

• I will provide you with payment details.

• Once the payment is received, I will start working on the commission.

3.3. During the work on your commission, I will conduct revisions (see section 4) to meet your requirements as closely as possible.

3.4. The processing time for the commission may range from 1 week to 2 months.

3.5. Once the commission is completed, I will send you the product in full resolution via email.

4.1. Revisions during the work on your product are included in the price and are intended to align your vision with my work.

4.2. If you request changes after the final revision has been approved, these changes will be subject to an additional fee.

4.3. Revisions will be sent in lower quality than the final product and will contain a watermark.

5.1 I, JohnJonny (artist), own the rights to the final work, not the buyer. I am allowed to use this product for the following:

• Use the product for self-promotion.

• Create further products using the artwork.

• Share the artwork on social media, websites, portfolios, etc., unless otherwise agreed before the commission starts.

5.2 The buyer has the right to:

• Use the artwork for personal use (sharing on social media, uploading to websites, etc.).

• Print the artwork and consider the character as their own.

• Use the artwork for their own promotion with credit to the artist.

• Use the artwork on YouTube, Twitch, and other monetized platforms, provided the artwork is not the main subject of income.

5.3 Copyright infringement is considered to be:

• Reproducing or using the artwork commercially without permission.

• Claiming the artwork as your own.

• Removing the signature from the artwork.

• Altering the artwork without my consent.

• Completing a sketch by another artist.

5.1.1. My products can be used for commercial purposes (merch, etc.) only if I have been informed beforehand and have agreed to it.

6.1. An order can be canceled at any time.

6.2. When canceling an order, a fee of 15% of the total order amount plus an amount reflecting the work already done will be charged. The remaining amount will be refunded.

6.3. If you want to cancel your order, let me know via email.

6.4. Full refunds

• Are possible only before I start working on the commission.

6.5. Partial refunds

• Are possible at any time during the commission process.

• Except sketches (when I start, money cannot be returned).

7.1. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

7.2. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

8.1. Complaints are accepted only in cases of demonstrable defects in the artwork that do not comply with the agreed specifications and were not identified during revisions.

8.2. In case of dissatisfaction with the quality of the final product, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with a description of the issue and evidence of non-compliance.

8.3. Complaints will not be accepted if all revisions were approved and the final product matches these approved revisions.

9.1. The buyer agrees to provide accurate and truthful information necessary for the completion of the commission.

9.2. I agree to deliver the product in the agreed quality and within the agreed timeframe.

10.1. No warranty is provided for digital products.

10.2. I am not liable for any damage caused by improper use of the product by the buyer.

11.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

11.2. All disputes arising from these terms will be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
